🔁 Change of Mind – Refunds & Exchanges

We offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases within 14 days of purchase or delivery, provided:

• Items are unworn, unused, and in original condition

• Tags are still attached

 • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

💳 Refunds – Faulty Items

Refunds are also available if an item is:

• Faulty or defective

• Not as described

• Unfit for its intended purpose

This is in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Items may need to be returned for assessment before a refund is approved.

Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility

• You present a valid receipt or proof of purchase

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, including wrong size, style preference.
